MapsExperts is a brand and trading name of Maplify GmbH, Simmeringer Hauptstraße 16/6/20, 1110 Vienna, Austria, company register number FN 659017v, registered at Handelsgericht Wien, VAT ID ATU82751639.
These Terms apply to use of mapsexperts.com and to general information about services offered through the website. The services are intended primarily for businesses and professional organizations. Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You must not use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts unauthorized access, introduces malicious code, abuses forms or infrastructure, or infringes the rights of Maplify GmbH or third parties.
Website content is provided for general information and does not by itself constitute a binding offer, guarantee, professional legal advice or a commitment to provide a particular service on particular commercial terms.
3. Services and Client Engagements
MapsExperts provides services that may include Google Business Profile and location management, local visibility and reputation work, Google Maps and other location-technology integrations, cloud and workspace-related services, technical consulting, data and API-related implementation, and managed operational support.
A service engagement begins only when the parties agree the relevant scope and commercial terms through an accepted proposal, order form, statement of work, contract or other written confirmation. Any such engagement-specific document takes precedence over these Terms for the matters it covers.
Scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms, service levels and termination rights are determined by the applicable engagement document rather than by general statements on the website.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing information, approvals, access rights and materials reasonably required for the agreed work, and for ensuring that information they provide to MapsExperts is accurate and that they have the right to provide and authorize its use.
Where a service requires access to third-party accounts, profiles, APIs, cloud environments or business data, the client remains responsible for maintaining appropriate ownership rights, permissions, account standing and compliance with the applicable third-party terms unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Many MapsExperts services interact with third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, Google Maps Platform, Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Mapbox, TomTom and other technology or data services. Those platforms are operated independently and remain subject to their own terms, policies, technical limits, pricing and availability.
MapsExperts does not control third-party algorithms, ranking systems, moderation decisions, account suspensions, API changes, quotas, outages, pricing changes or product discontinuations. We may adapt the agreed work when a third-party platform changes, subject to the applicable client agreement.
6. Performance and Results
MapsExperts applies professional expertise, operational processes and technical methods intended to improve the quality, accuracy, visibility and performance of location-related digital presence. However, search rankings, map visibility, traffic, customer actions, review activity, platform approvals and other outcomes depend on factors outside our sole control.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a written client agreement, past results, case-study metrics, forecasts, audits, recommendations and website statements are not guarantees of future performance or a specific business result.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the MapsExperts name, website design, text, graphics, logos, original visual materials and other website content are owned by or licensed to Maplify GmbH and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Client-specific ownership and licensing rights for deliverables, data, software, configurations or other work product are determined by the applicable client agreement. Third-party software, APIs, data and platform materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.
8. Confidentiality and Data
Where an engagement involves confidential business information, access credentials, client data or personal data, the parties must handle that information in accordance with the applicable agreement, confidentiality obligations and data-protection law.
Where Maplify GmbH acts as a processor of personal data on behalf of a client, any required data-processing terms are governed by the applicable contract or data processing agreement. Website visitor privacy is addressed separately in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to maintain reliable access to the website and to perform agreed services professionally, but uninterrupted website or third-party service availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, infrastructure failures and third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
We may update website content, service descriptions or technical implementation from time to time. Material changes to an active client engagement are handled according to the applicable client agreement.
10. Liability
Liability for a specific client engagement is governed first by the applicable written agreement. For website use, and to the extent permitted by law, Maplify GmbH is not liable for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, unauthorized or improper use of the website, or the independent acts, outages or changes of third-party platforms outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot be waived by agreement.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how Maplify GmbH processes personal data in connection with this website, contact forms, analytics and embedded services. Optional analytics and Google Maps functionality are subject to the consent choices described there.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. The current version and its last-updated date will be published on this page. Changes to these website Terms do not automatically amend a separately signed client agreement.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict-of-law rules to the extent legally permissible. For disputes with business customers arising from these Terms, the competent courts in Vienna, Austria shall have jurisdiction where such jurisdiction may validly be agreed.
Mandatory statutory jurisdiction and consumer-protection rules, where applicable, remain unaffected.
